Maximization of project portfolio effectiveness/profitability
The objective of this implementation is to maximize project portfolio effectiveness/profitability. This objective is achieved by following some clear and well-tested steps, that include, among others, project identification and visualization, project selection and prioritization, project portfolio optimization and periodic audits. We use state-of-the-art management tools, and train and support the client’s team while the agreed changes are being implemented. Organisation of an effective Project Management Office (PMO)
The objective of this implementation is to organize a project management structure and process that guarantee full data transparency and updates at all the phases of project management – i.e. from project inception to invoicing and project closure.

The objective of this implementation is to execute a project within a deadline set by us during the feasibility study we perform. The deadline is of course approved by the client. The steps we take during project execution include, among others, optimization of the project schedule, introduction of effective principles for managing accessibility of project resources and strong management and control mechanisms. The client obtains full, daily information on project progress, potential threats and the steps taken to minimize any such threats. The client has access to this information in real-time on daily basis. The objective of this implementation is creating a strategy that will ensure the achievement of set goals in the long-term. We analyse the business environment to identify the best vision, mission and functional action plans for our client. We then define projects and modify processes with the aim of ensuring success.
